Paleo Gingerbread Cookies!
'Tis the season for all things gingerbread!
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Almond Flour
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Flour
  • 2 TBSP Flax Meal
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1/2 TSP Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 TSP Ground Cloves
  • 1 TSP Ginger
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1 TSP Stevia
  • 1/4 Cup of Honey
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1 Egg White
Mix wet ingredients then mix in dry ingredients 
Bake at 350 F for 10-12 Minutes
(I baked mine for 8 minutes because of how small I made mine)
